Our work ranges from the everyday repairs and maintenance that come with owning a home to larger remodeling and improvement projects. Many of our customers call us because their project is too small for a large remodeling contractor but too involved to tackle themselves. 

Others need someone who can manage a larger project involving several different trades.

Mr. Fix-It handles many common plumbing and electrical repairs as part of our home repair and remodeling services.

When a project requires a permit or work that must be performed by a licensed trade professional, we coordinate the work with licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors as needed. This allows Mr. Fix-It to remain your primary point of contact while making sure specialized work is handled by the appropriate licensed professional.

There are a few types of work that Mr. Fix-It does not perform:

• Minor roof repairs, including individual shingle or flashing repairs
• Foundation repair
• Appliance repair
• Wallpaper installation

Mr. Fix-It does provide complete roof replacements. For smaller roofing repairs, such as individual shingle or flashing repairs, we can refer customers directly to our roofer, who handles that work independently.
