For service work billed on a time-and-material basis, Mr. Fix-It's current labor rates are:
First hour: $150
Each additional hour: $93 per hour
There is a one-hour minimum charge per service call/dispatch. After the first hour, labor is billed in six-minute increments, so you pay only for the additional time actually required rather than automatically being charged for another full hour.
Many common repairs and services can also be performed for a flat-rate price and, depending on the work involved, may be quoted by phone.
Phone estimates are free of charge.

Payment Terms
